Ordering and your Privacy
The Inspired Soul is committed to protecting your privacy and are therefore utilizing Pay Pal’s services for collecting payment. Pay Pal does not share your credit information with The Inspired Soul. You do not need to be a member of Pay Pal to pay using a credit card. 
 
The Inspired Soul does not share your name or mailing address.

If paying by cheque, the order will be shipped once the cheque clears, Canadian and US cheques take approximately 5-10 business days and International cheques take approximately 15days to clear.
 
If a money order is received, the items will be shipped the day payment is received.
 
Shipping
Total delivery time varies depending on shipping destination. Shipping rates vary depending on region and are calculated when your shipping information is entered during the checkout process.
 
Shipping charges calculated on international orders are approximate and may be adjusted. You will be contacted if we need to adjust your shipping method and/or quote.

Packaging
THE INSPIRED SOUL takes pride in providing a "cared for" product to you. Our first priority is a protected delivery which may include boxed products, tissue or kraft paper, bubble wrap or foam products.
 
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us and thus we insure our products with a satisfaction guarantee. In the event you are not completely satisfied with a product/s, THE INSPIRED SOUL will either: Refund or exchange your original purchase as long as the product is returned within 30days in the same condition received. In case of damage, claims must be made within 5 business days and then the product returned within 30days.  The shipping cost for a return would be the purchaser's responsibility.
 
THE INSPIRED SOUL is committed to client satisfaction and would process any credit to the purchaser as soon as possible.

Backorders
If an item is backordered, the purchaser will receive an e-mail notification within 3 business days and have the option of: 1) Have the item sent as soon as it arrives or, 2) Receive an e-mail notification when the item/s are back in stock and available for sale again.
 
Duties and Taxes
Canadian Orders - Orders are subject to applicable provincial taxes.
 
U.S and International Orders - There are no taxes or duties charged by THE INSPIRED SOUL, but you may incur import taxes and duties in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser however, many countries do not charge taxes or duties on items below a certain cost; check with your post office or taxation office for details about taxes or duties on small imports.
